Do you offer exchanges and/or returns?
We do not accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns . All items are made to order. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
What is the processing time?
Please allow 5 to 10 days for me to process your order. (Pre-orders are estimated to take 2 to 3 weeks; this could be shorter or longer depending on availability.) All orders are made to order and I personally prepare them.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to make any changes. To make changes to your order, you must send an email to info@creationsmagic.com (it is important that you include your order number).

How can I track my order?
We'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Your order may make several stops along the transit route, and you can use the tracking number to monitor its location.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please email us your order number to info@creationsmagic.com and we will begin investigating it as soon as possible.
What should I do if my package is returned due to an incomplete address?
Email us at info@creationsmagic.com with your order number; we can resend your order immediately after shipping fees are paid. If the address error is the customer's responsibility, they will be responsible for the shipping fee.
What should I do if my packages haven't progressed for a while?
According to the USPS, we should allow 30 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for a lost package. Email us if you haven't seen any movement on your order within this timeframe, and we can resend it.
