Order processing may take up to 5 - 10 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday. This excludes holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. You have the option to choose your shipping carrier during checkout.

Please note, your shipping time you choose at checkout only applies to the shipping speed of your order and is not guaranteed with the shipping companies. Our turnaround time is still the same no matter what shipping speed you choose.

You will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number when your order is shipped.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to wrong addresses, please make sure you write your address correctly. Please be sure to verify your address as your order will be shipped to the address on your order confirmation/receipt. This includes Paypal addresses. If the package is returned or needs to be reshipped for any reason other than our mistake, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fees.
